Xulrunner options for kinetic scrolling ?

Hey Folks,

Is it possible to get my GtkMozEmbed application to have the xulrunner element use things like kinetic scrolling and tap to zoom etc. ?

I'm using it on a touchscreen pc and it would make a huge difference to have that on as the default.

I know FireFox Mobile (Fennec) has these options, just not sure how to enable them for xulrunner/GtkMozEmbed apps.
