Violating line in nsNetutil.h

Hi all,

On line 1824 of  nsNetutil.h I get a compiler error while embedding
(firefox4.0 release build) - This also happens when compiling the
win32_test project

error C2039: 'ToProvidedString' : is not a member of 'nsID'

When I include the macro XPCOM_GLUE_USE_NSPR=1 this seems to be
resolved
Could anyone tell me what the best solution is? Is the this sole line
in nsNetutil.h some kind of small bug? Or should the macro be enabled
in all embedding apps?
