No I didn't. I announced that JavaXPCOM, gtkmozembed, and the ActiveX 
control are not being maintained by the Mozilla project and would be 
removed from the main tree.

Not necessarily. The code still builds, although it has no tests, so 
there is little guarantee that it actually works.
