Connect html code back to gtk

hi
I used GTk+ and Mozembed to develop my application
i created a box in gtk layout to display the html content.
is there any way that i can connect back to gtk from html ,
for eample, onmouse over connect to gtk code.

or can i add a javascript into chrome such a way that i can connect to gtk 
code
