Hi all,

I'm looking for the Xulrunner 2.0 release (Firefox 4), all links to it from
developer.mozilla.org appear to be dead, and
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/ contains all
previous versions but is missing 4.0 and 5.0.

I must be a bit slow today, but I can't find an explanation for the release
removal from the servers either.

Can anyone help me out with a link to the rationale for this or, even
better, a link to the download?
