The links to xulrunner-sdk version 5.0 are broken on 
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Gecko_SDK#Downloading.  I'm most 
interested in the windows SDK 
(http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/5.0/sdk/xulrunner-5.0.en-US.win32.sdk.zip).

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/ has lots 
of other versions of the SDK, but not 5.0.  Any know the reason why?
