Er, so the Mozilla developers who worked on this were afraid of an unwieldy amount of source code? Mozilla isn't that small either.. Also, if "QT is friendly and easy on the programmer" then how can 'too big' source code be an issue? The only people who'd be bothered by this are the people working on QT, not QT projects. Disclaimer: I'm not a developer and I use KDE. Which is probably why I'm confused by your post...
