LiveConnect classes?

All the documentation I've found for LiveConnect refers to a set of classes in the package 'netscape.javascript', but I don't seem to be able to find these. Some documentation suggests it should be distributed with the JRE in "jaws.jar", but I don't have any such file (I have JDK 1.6beta); others say it should be in "java40.jar" somewhere in the mozilla program directory... but I think they're refering to Netscape 4 when they say this! I certainly can't find the classes in my Firefox program directory (Firefox 1.5.0.4). Where can I find these classes?
