Fake window handle

Hi,
I know this has been asked before lots of time, but I'm just not able
to find a clear answer.

I'm trying to create a server side html rendering engine similar to
http://www.webrenderer.com/. All I found so far is

The question is: How do I create a fake window handle to pass to the
initWindow method?
