You are right, I did not export it! But now I did (by adding
org.mozilla.interfaces to the "Exported Packages" list on the "Runtime" tab
in the plugin.xml editor), and the error remains. My MANIFEST.MF now has a
line

  Export-Package: org.mozilla.interfaces

Is there anything else that needs to be done?
