There may be a syntax error in your code. I've noticed that Venkman stops 
identifying functions when expanding files in the "Loaded scripts" window 
if there is a syntax error. Also, Venkman fails to recognize meta comments 
(@JSD_LOG, for example) after line 500. I've loaded .js files with well 
over 1000 lines, many times, with no problems other than the two I just 
mentioned.
