venkman and stdout

Hello,

First, thanks for this great debugger.

Second, we have memory problems reported by valgrind in our code (xpcom/c++
home made components) and would find it useful to have venkman (or the jsd
shared library ?)  print information on stdout for each executed statement,
so we could localize valgrind problem in our javascript code.
