I just installed the latest Firefox 0.9.1 with Venkman 0.9.79 on
Windows XP and still get the same behavior: starting up Venkman using
-venkman as a parameter to firefox.exe or using x-jsd:debugger in the
address bar brings up a blank (ie title only, no menus, no controls,
no frames) Venkman debugger window.

I wish this were not the case.  Coupled with the source code
truncation bug with Firefox 0.8 and Venkman, I am being forced to run
Firebird 0.7...
