displaying big string value

One of the most important features is to see the value of a string 
variable.

Unfortunately venkman only shows the size when the string is big, any 
way I can get ( at least copy) the full string value ?

Also this list seem to be dead ! Venkmann docs are lousy, where do I get 
help ?
