SpiderMonkey45

It's still a moving target.  I got things building a month or so ago, 
and JS_ErrorReport class has changed, from ASCII errors (and direct 
access to members) to wide chars.

Which is fine, as long as your embedding doesn't report errors as ASCII, 
or UTF-8 ;-)
