Documentation -- MXR to DXR pages are broken

If you look at a documentation page for SpiderMonkey, one very helpful 
thing is the MXR ID Search links.

Well they were helpful. Now they redirect to a page that proclaims "MXR 
replaced by DXR" but the suggested link is always wrong.

Obviously, all those auto-generated MXR Ids in the documentation pages 
need to be properly redirected...
