Proposed Are We Fast Yet Downtime 2017-07-29

Hello Everyone!

I have been shanghaied into taking over maintenance and operation of Are 
We Fast Yet. I would like to take the system down Saturday for some 
needed changes and to be able gain experience with the system without 
affecting running tests.

I am proposing a 12 hour window from July 29 12:00 UTC to July 30 00:00 
UTC though I hope to have it back up and running in much less time.

During the maintenance window I will be standardizing accounts, enabling 
Remote Desktop and ssh access for the Windows Pro machines and VNC 
access for the OSX machines while gaining some needed experience with 
stopping and starting the system.

If you have any objections or would like me to reschedule this, please 
let me know sometime today. If there are no objections, I will ask #moc 
to update https://mozilla2.statuspage.io/ with the announcement.
