XSLT like CSS with media and different styles

Hi!

I'd like to do some theming for my site and CSS is simply not enough. So 
I'd like to use XSLT. But: some transformations should only be done for 
certain medias. I'd also like to use multiple themes so I can switch not 
only between different CSS themes but also between different XSLT 
stylesheets.

Does anyone know if this is already possible by the web standards and if 
such a thing is already implemented into mozilla? I tried some stuff but 
it didn't work.
