Thanks a lot for your answer Jonas.

We have been able to locate the cause of the crash.
It seems there is an incompatiblity with the following "developer"
preference :

user_pref("nglayout.debug.disable_xul_cache", true);

Only my file "prefs.js" contained it, and my app crashed.
Without this preference, my xulrunner doesn't crash anymore.
When my colleague adds this line to his file "prefs.js", its app
crashes.
