Error running importxml.pl

Good day all,
When I run the importxml.pl I get the following error:
OK: Possible version conflict!
XML was exported from Bugzilla version 2.16.6
But this installation uses 3.0
ERR: Cannot import these bugs because bug importing is disabled here For
more info, contact [email protected].
Any suggestions on how to move forward?
