dev.tech.layout is about the layout internals of Gecko in general,
whereas it sounds like you're running into trouble with this
android-specific shim, if I correctly interpreted "Geckobrowser". I'll
bet the folks on mobile-firefox-dev (and the ones who've touched
Geckobrowser, in particular) will be more familiar with its quirks & how
to get off the ground with it.

Also, it'd probably be useful if you could provide more details about
the problem you're hitting -- it's unclear (to me at least) what you're
trying to do & what's not working.  (Are you trying to add a button/link
that launches the external browser app?)
