Can't open jpg links without selecting application

I recently upgraded to Netscape 7.1 (I am a MAC OS 10.2.6 users).  I 
can't open links to jpeg files without selecting an application to open 
them with.  I've checked my settings and everything looks right.  I 
never had a problem wuth any previous versions.

Any ideas?
