Transfering from NS OS 9 to Mozilla OS X

Hi Folks, I have to transfer a Netscape 6.2 user profile, email, bookmarks, etc. from a powerbook G3 running 9.1 to Mozilla 1.6 on a iLamp *grin* (the G4 iMac). I have no idea what to do.
