mac specific DTD?

I've got a patch at <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106327> 
which fixes a keybinding visual appearance on Windows (displaying 
CTRL+RETURN instead of CTRL+ENTER).

It seems that this patch will break the visual appearance on the Mac 
however (i.e. it will now display Cmd+ENTER instead of Cmd+RETURN). I 
know nothing about the Mac, but will this be the case? If so, how can 
anyone tell me how I create a platform dependent DTD to specify the 
correct keybinding for the Mac?
