I am one of the people reading the email to the abuse address at my ISP
(but I have only advisory status and do *not* have access or privileges
to cancel accounts). One complaint was received recently that did not
include any email headers from the alleged messages from our user. The
sender wrote:

The headers in the complaint (not the headers on the messages complained
about but the sender's headers) had this "X-Mailer:" header:
> X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.7C-CCK-MCD {C-UDP; EBM-APPLE} (Macintosh; I; PPC)
*Is* there a way to display and forward full headers with Mozilla 4.7 for
the Mac that I can send to this user?
Is there any website that documents how to use the features of the various
older versions of Mozilla email software?
Suggestion:
Could someone familiar with the older versions of Mozilla email software
please submit the details on displaying and forwarding full headers for
each version to SpamCop so they would be available in one place?
It seems as though both Mozilla and Macintosh software is highly under
represented on the page, "SpamCop FAQ: How do I get my email program to
reveal the full, unmodified email?" [ie. full headers] at:
http://spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/19.html
Perhaps a regular here could rectify that.
