Try setting it to 500 to see if the cache automatically clears itself after 5000kb. Caution: This WILL cause the program to 'forget' web pages and force re-loading if you return to the same page, slowing down your browsing, 5mb (5000kb) is about enough for 2 or 3 pages (with the more intensive ones anyway) If you want to empty it quickly, simply drag the entire cache folder to the trash.
