Netscape 7.0.2 and pop-up manager

Im and using Mac OS 9.2.2, and after installing Netscape 7.02, all
seems fine. I checked out the pop-up manager, and it seems to
function well.

After a few times of starting up the program, however, the pop-up
manager dissappears from the preferences window. its just lot listed
anymore under the Privacy and Security section. and then it never
comes back, until I reinstall Netscape and sometimes it comes back for
a few sessions, sometimes not.

I have tried removing all versions of Mozilla, and NS, and reinstalled
NS 702, and I still have the same problem.

The Pop-up manaager still works, and I still can access it, but only
when visiting a web site with known pop-ups, and then hitting the
little warning button in the status bar that says its blocking a pop-up.

is there a line of code in the prefs.js file or something ican look
for to make sure it isn't getting removed somehow? Or what snippet of
code in what pref file sell NS that its should sho up in the
preferences windows??
