Drag Mozilla bookmark to Finder?

Every time I try to drag a Mozilla bookmark to the Desktop (in Mac OS
9.2.2), it becomes a non-browser-specific Mac OS "web page location"
file (type/creator = ilht/drag) that opens in whichever app is
specified as the default Web browser in the Internet Preferences.
Is there a way to actually create Mozilla bookmark files that open a
specific URL in Mozilla, when Mozilla ISN'T the default broswer??
Mozilla has a file type set aside for them ("URL "), but I've yet to
successfully create one.
