I got 1.3 to try; it has some significant bugs that previous versions 
don't, as well as the same old set. I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

New windows open above (higher on the screen), often up under the 
menubar.

Dragging text to another app's window (unreliable even with earlier 
versions) sometimes just doesn't work at all.

Dragged text (or copied with "Copy" "Paste") still comes across in the 
wrong font and text size, just like other recent (but not older) 
versions.

It's stable enough, but sites that use JavaScript can still wedge it 
completely (just like earlier versions).

I only use the browser, and have never tried the mail or news functions.
