no outgoing email / only incoming in Netscape 7.0

I have several email addresses. 2 of them refuse to let me SEND only 
RECEIVE emails. The other addresses are fine SENDING & RECEIVING. When 
sending from the 2 problem ones, the password box comes up but it does 
not accept my password, repeatedly. If I tell password manger to 
remember it, the box then goes away, but the progress bar for delivering 
the mail just runs until I have to cancel. All of my server settings are 
correct and exactly the same in all of my email addresses.  I 
inadvertantly deleted my Netscape cache & cookies & disk memory for 
prior urls and short term memory. I believe this may the problem or I 
believe the problem lies in how netscape has encrypted my passwords for 
these 2 accounts now. I do not want to delete these accounts and lose my 
emails. Could I move all of my messages to another folder, then delete 
the accounts and then start over and then remove the messages into these 
accounts? Has anybody done this successfully? Or is there some easier 
way I can tell Netscape to overide the existing password in these 2 
problem accounts and then retype them? I cannot find any way to alter an 
existing password. The only way I see Netscape accepting a password is 
when you set up an account.
