Netscape wirdness

Hi,
New to this. Running OS X 2.6 with NC 7.1. When I ran fsck it found a 
missing thread and some file totals that were wrong. I could not fix 
this after many attempts. I then ran Norton and the problem were gone 
and fsck reports all is OK. However Netscape looks washed out and the 
print icon is different. It has 2 icon and what looks like a traffic light.
Help.
I have reinstalled netscape.
