  I downloaded this unofficial version when I first saw this post and I 
found it VERY stable and as fast as the official versions I've used 
previously.  I'm running it on OS 8.6.  No, I'm not Harunaga's PR guy; 
just someone who wanted to let other non-X'ers know that this is 
available. Apparently many Japanese developers are working on other 
unofficial versions.
