Help with broken image on web page

This is the first website I have ever made, after taking a Dreamweaver 
course. This page worked fine before, and all I did was add a picture. 
For some reason this photo will not show up on the page. Can someone 
please humor this poor beginner and have a look at the code and give me 
an idea why this photo will not show up? It's the very first one on the 
page - supposed to be of a cat. I'm sure it's something very basic and 
stupid that I'm missing.

The page was created with Dreamweaver MX, and published with Netscape 
7.01 Composer. I also tried uploading the photo individually with 
Transmit 1.7 PPC. I am using Mac OS 9.2.2. The photo file (a jpg) is 
stored in the same folder as the .html file for the page itself.
