Migrating Profiles

Trying to move Mozilla from one Powerbook to another. What a
nightmare. Anyway, I finally got all my Local Folders stuff mapped.
But, I want my bookmarks. I threw out the profile dir that was made
when I installed Mozilla and somehow, it is still in the trash and I
can't destroy it. Is there an easy way to just get done with this?
