In Mac OS X 10.3, use Expose to show all windows (I have a hot corner,
so when I move the mouse to the upper right, all windows in all
applications show on the screen at once), and you'll see the "hidden"
window.

As I said in another post, a hidden window I can't close smells too
much like spyware for me to trust Mozilla full-time.
