Weird Sheet on Save Dialog - Mozilla 1.7rc1

I'm sure I'm not the only one seeing this but I did't find a relevant
bug.

On 1.7rc1 when I download anything that gives me a save dialog (save
as, sometimes option click, etc.) after the download is complete I get
a sheet with the hostname the file came from and an OK button.

The file seems fine, but it's obviously annoying to have to dismiss
them.

Doesn't seem to be in the release notes/known issues.

Any ideas/pointers?
