Wierd behavior with Source page window

This is a Netscape brwowser question and because Netscape and Mozilla 
are so similar, I will ask it here:

I have been having a problem with my "View Source" window. I am on a Mac 
running 10.3.9 and have a dual monitor setup. My browser is Netscape 
7.2. Lately when I select the "View Source" option from the "View" menu, 
the source window appears on my 2nd monitor with the title bar well 
outside the top of my screen so I can't minimize or move the window to a 
more convenient spot. I have not found anything in the Prefs that will 
fix this. Anyone else had this happen? Anyone know a fix?
