Well...that solved part of the problem.  Now what is happening is that=20
my Bookmarks file is being duplicated only once - when I close Netscape=20
- vise multiple times per session.

So I'm back to questioning if the Permissions on my Bookmark file are=20
gooned.  Can anyone tell me what they should be for all cases?
