You think you're confused, I haven't the foggiest what you want.  Are 
you trying to create a new Firefox profile, or are you trying to add 
the news server secnews.netscape.com to Firefox?

If you're trying to create a new Firefox profile, close FF, click on 
Start, Run and enter:

firefox.exe -P

This will bring up the profile manager and you can create a new 
profile from there.

If your trying to add the news server to FF, you can't.  FF is a 
browser only, not a news reader.  You need Thunderbird or another news 
reader to do that.
