There is no start, no run, and no exe-p on this macintosh computer.
I am using Mozilla 1.3.1 for news on both my G3 Pismo at my home and on 
my G4 Quicksilver in my office, both macintosh computers. The 
instructions you list, I think, are for windows machines.
