Saving Flash animations -how?

Is it possible to somehow save Shockwave Flash animations to my hard-drive? I sometimes get greeting cards which I'd like to store for later instead of having to visit the website each time (which I'm sure will expire in a while). I'm using Mozilla 1.7.12 and Seamonkey 1.0 on MacOS 10.4.4.
