This morning with a fresh copy of IE7 on the only windows platform I
ever use I think I saw what some of the IE7 vs. IE6 complaints are
about.  I think at least some of the trouble may be caused by the
UMSS, at least if a page is served as xml rather than xhtml.

Authors using gellmu may turn off reference to the UMSS as follows:
either set the environmental variable GELLMU_NoUMSS (case sensitive name)
equal to 1 or else change the code in "htmlgart.pl" with a text editor
so that the first setting of $useumss gives it the value 0.
