Anyway, that's a usefull hint; I thought that the same mechanism should work under linux with eurm font or so... didn't succeed so far, but I didn't spend much time on this. By the way, trying to translate \blacklozenge by ⧫ I see something quite surprising in mozilla! I have also ‾ not working with firefow 2/windows while it does work OK with an older mozilla under linux: could this be a font problem? Well, is this the right place to ask these questions?
