MathType to MathML converter dll?

Hi,
is there a free solution for developers to convert binary objects (MTEF)
from documents
(rtf, and so on) to MathML? This is needed for export to the web or math
programs.
This must be free for the developer; The end user has MathType and can
export
MathML manually, but automation would be better.
