MathML problems with Mozilla Firefox

The browser test at http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/pmathml2.xml shows my
Firefox Browser 2.0.0.6 supports Presentation MathML.

Some documents I browse with Firefox, though, won't hanlde
&ZeroWidthSpace, &Overbar,
&InvisibleComma, and various other tags?

Any idea what I might be missing?  I ran the MIT font installer.
Or are these tags just not supported yet?

Using Internet Explorer 6.0 with the MathPlayer plug-in, these tags
are all handled correctly.
