Dear all,

We recently had some discussions about how to expand our MathML
community & activities and came up with the following goals:

1) Start to do regular virtual meetings to
    - improve communication between MathML developers, MathML users and
other math-on-the-web communities
    - prepare a Mozilla event to gather the MathML community (e.g. in
the Mozilla Paris Office)
    - increase visibility and community involvement

2) Discuss Mozilla MathML developments to
    - consolidate current core Gecko developments
    - expand activities that don't require C++/Gecko knowledge like
documentation, testing and Web developments
    - give ideas for a doc sprint / hackathon Mozilla events

We would like to start with a first IRC meeting with some Mozilla people
who have worked on MathML as well as some Web developers/users of
Firefox+MathML. If you are interested, please join us on IRC next week:

Thursday 12th 2013 - 8PM UTC on the #mathml channel (*)

This will be pretty informal but here are a couple of topics we may
discuss: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/1z2lJKVZqN. Feel free to add your
own ideas.

We look forward to seeing you on IRC!

client, without a registered nickname: irc://irc.mozilla.org/mathml
