This comment is outdated now that MathML is part of HTML5. You can just 
include it in a normal HTML page served as text/html (as you have always 
been doing). However, this still makes sense in cases you want to use 
MathML in XML documents e.g. in XHTML (currently required by EPUB) or in 
ODF (used in LibreOffice).
