ADV: PE POSITIONS

My name is Dick Carroll and I am the President of New Client Development for Grafton, Inc., an international recruiting firm with offices in Kansas City and Phoenix.  Although we have never spoken directly, I thought that based upon your experience you would either be interested, or may know someone who would be, in a position we are currently representing exclusively in the US.

The position is for a PE, Business Development Manager that has Water/Waste Water experience.

Position: My client is looking for Business Development Manager with at least seven years in a client development leadership role. In addition, the person must have a PE, strong background in wastewater design, project development, contract document work sessions with clients, good rapport building and presentation skills are a must. The BDM's will operate with minimum supervision . My client expects that the future BDM will "wine and dine," play golf, go to ballgames etc. as they consider relationship building as the key to their success. Must have the capability to develop and build a strong support team, create excellent promotional opportunities, seek challenging projects, support growth and change, deliver large company abilities with small company service.

Company:  We actually have been selected by two competing firms to find 2 candidates with similar skills. They both offer top management support and commitment. Both are nationally recognized, headquartered in the Midwest, have National Directors and key waste water staff across the country. Both firms are financially strong and are nationally recognized in design of municipal treatment plants.

Compensation: 
Attractive salary + commission + bonus. RESIDUAL commissions. Top reps earn over $100k.
100% Travel expense.
