Mstone newbie

Was wondering a couple of things.
1.  Is Mstone still active?  It looks like there have been some recent changes in CVS,
which is promising.

2. Where can I get prebuilt, binary versions of Mstone?  For that matter, when can I get
the source code in a tar/zip file?  The closest information I could find is on the Mstone
project page (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mstone/) which gives CVS instructions (the
building and install documents displayed from CVS through
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/mstone/ reference the mstone_OPT.zip file, but I
can't find this file anywhere).

3. Is there a better source of information for Mstone out there besides the project page
(http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mstone/)?
