Produce NSPR pdb files?

Hi,

I am trying to build NSPR 4.7.2 and produce pdb files to use for crash
debugging.  I have tried the following command line:

configure --disable-debug --enable-optimize --enable-win32-target=WIN95
--enable-debug-rtl --enable-MOZ_DEBUG_SYMBOLS

I have also tried to set MOZ_DEBUG_SYMBOLS with export, but still no pdb
files....:-(

Anyone know how to magic them up?
